Terms of Service

ReachRole evaluates job postings against the professional history you provide, drafts tailored CVs and cover letters, scans public company job boards, and tracks your applications. Evaluations, drafts, and scores are produced by large language models and are informational only. They are not career advice, not a guarantee of any interview or offer, and not a statement of fact about any employer.

You are responsible for reviewing every document before you send it anywhere. Tailored CVs are drafted for your review and require your explicit approval before a PDF is produced.

You must be at least 16 years old and provide a real, deliverable email address, which you must confirm before using metered features. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure. One person, one account: creating multiple accounts to obtain additional free allowance is a breach of these terms and may result in termination.

You keep all rights to the CVs, employment history, career facts, and other material you upload (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited licence to store and process Your Content solely to operate the Service for you — including sending relevant portions to our AI provider to generate the outputs you request.

You confirm that Your Content is yours to share and is accurate. Do not upload other people’s personal data, confidential material belonging to an employer, or special category data (health, religion, political opinions and similar) that is not necessary for a job application.

The Free plan includes a monthly allowance that resets each calendar month — currently 5 evaluations, 3 tailored CVs, 3 cover letters, 4 portal scans, and 2 interview prep packs, among other limits. The Pro plan raises those limits and is billed as a recurring subscription through Stripe.

Prices are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your settings; access continues to the end of the paid period. Quotas are consumed when a request is accepted, and consumed units are not restored if you dislike the output. Statutory rights to a refund, where they apply to you, are unaffected.

We never see or store your card details. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe under their terms.

You agree not to:

• misrepresent your experience, or use the Service to generate false credentials;
• resell, scrape, or bulk-extract the Service or its outputs;
• circumvent quotas or rate limits, including through automated account creation or shared accounts;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
• use the Service for anything unlawful.

Job postings are fetched from public company career pages and applicant tracking systems. We do not control that content, we do not endorse any employer, and we cannot guarantee a posting is current, genuine, or accurately described. The legitimacy signals we surface are automated estimates, not verification.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we may modify or discontinue features. If we make a material adverse change to these terms or to a paid plan, we will give notice by email to subscribers before it takes effect.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that is used abusively, or where required by law. On termination we delete or anonymise your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost opportunities, lost employment, or lost profits arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
